STRATEGIC
URBAN LINK ROADS: Governor Chimaroke Nnamani
is extending the frontiers of his urban renewal programme
with uncommon vision and drive. Work is already
at an advanced stage on
two strategic roads, which will ease the flow of traffic in the heart
of Enugu metropolis. One is the link road from Independence Layout
to New Haven, while the other is a dual-carriageway
tunnel crossing,
the first of its kind in Nigeria, which will connect Ogui Road (near
Artisan
Market) with Okpara Avenue (near the Trade Fair Complex). Below are
