was designated for dualization. In spite of the government of the
period’s
timidity at carrying out the task of dualizing the road, kudos must
be given
to it for anticipating its commercial propensity and expansion. But
the fact must be stated that none of them had enough will power,
enough courage and commitment towards the fate of the New Haven residents
and Enugu people who ply the road, enough to galvanize them into
