EBEANO BYPASS, a strategic dual carriage-way linking the Enugu-Onitsha expressway with the Ama Greenfield plant, will, upon completion, drain the notorious traffic congestion at the fast-growing 9th Mile industrial district. The Bypass, one of the many key on-going road projects being constructed by the Chimaroke Nnamani Administration, is also indicative of the investment-friendly disposition of the current Enugu leadership. Below are pictures of the project site on March 12, 2004, and on January 6, 2005.
