A
bridge across the Nyaba River had for long remained in the drawing
board
of past regimes in Enugu State, until the onset of the current Nnamani
Administration. The bridge, which is along the Amechi-Obeagu-Amodu-Umueze
road (also constructed in record time by Governor Nnamani), will, apart
from forming a vital link in the Enugu State Road Network Programme,
also
provide a short and smooth access to the Enugu Campus of the Nigerian
Law School and the new permanent site of the State University at Ebeano
City, located between Umueze, Obe, Agbani and Amurri communities. See
pictures of the Nyaba bridge at various stages of completion.
