JULY 29, 2005: Governor Chimaroke Nnamani's lecture circuit re-gathers momentum as he takes on the subject of poverty, again, in the bowels of Oduduwa Hall, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. The lecture, organized by the Justice Chambers, Faculty of Law of the university, in honour of the late Justice Chike Idigbe (JSC) was on the topic, "Poverty in Surplus ... water, water, everywhere; little ever to drink..
